As a team, Team Tarantino was ranked in the top 2% of all CENTURY 21 Teams in the nation for the past three years.     Julie Leffelman   Designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI)   Julie specializes in listing and selling homes with her innovative and aggressive techniques, including home staging and creative marketing.  Her direct and honest communication assures that home sellers will always be kept in the loop throughout the entire process and will be given all of the information they need to make informed decisions about the sale of their home.   Julie was named the Austin (TX) Board of Realtors' "Rookie of the Year" in her first 18 months as a Realtor and has also been featured as a "Rising Star" in Broker/Agent Magazine.   Jennifer Siverhus   Designations:  Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)     Jennifer Siverhus grew up in Brookings, South Dakota.  She graduated from South Dakota State University where she earned a BA in Economics.  Jennifer then attended St. Cloud State University where she earned a degree in Elementary Education.  After graduating, Jennifer and her husband, Scott moved to Las Vegas.  Before entering the world of real estate, Jennifer worked in Human Resources and as an elementary teacher   in the Clark County School District
